The tray has a clear label that reads "Blue Springs Open 2013 HGA". This may have been an award for a golf tournament. It can be easily removed.
The tray also has the original label showing it is hand crafted of lead crystal by Shannon Crystal from their Designs of Ireland collection. The original booklet is included which tells more about the piece and includes suggestions for care.
The tray is 10 3/4" by 6 3/4". The tray does not appear to have been used, but the original box does show storage wear.
